According (not confirmed) information from Facebook the Embassies of these countries help shot & injured people on the streets or inside their facilities:

"Australia, Finland, Austria, Germany, Britannia, Norway, Holland, Mexico, Belgium, Portugal"

It is also reported that according regime’s command to Ambulance drivers, all injured must be delivered to “Sepah” hospital which is a military hospital of revolutionary guard. So, they can be identify and put in trail later … people try to transport injured with their private cars to non-government hospitals.
